Thanks for your interest in our live webcam.
This camera will work for a variety of different operating systems and internet
connections.
For some, the live camera comes up right away.
For many users, you will be prompted by a pop up to install this active X
control.
If you saw the Active X pop up bar at the top of your screen when you came to
the camera page, then please install the Active X control.
If you were not prompted automatically then you can download manually by clicking below.
Click Here to download the
AXIS media control.
Click Run.
Install.
Click Finish when the install is complete.
Refresh the page after you return to the camera page.
You will only need to download this once. The camera will always work after that.
Windows Vista users may need to disable the UAC before installing the AXIS media control.
1. Check your User Account Control (UAC).
Go to Start and select control panel.
Find the UAC - User Access Control.
If enabled, the UAC provides additional security that may cause many programs to work improperly on Vista.2. Disable the UAC (at least temporarily).
The UAC may already be disabled, if not, then right click to disable the UAC.
(You can always re-enable the UAC after installing the camera control.)
You will likely be prompted to restart your computer.
Please restart your computer.3. Click Here to install the AXIS media control.
Click Run.
Install.
Click Finish when the install is complete.4. Open a new browser and try the camera again.
